Please be advised that Blues After Dark Productions Ltd.
has joined forces with The Canadian Liver Foundation
in our goal of combating all forms of liver disease through
research, education and patient support programs.
Music industry veteran and company president Bruce Harvey Messecar
has created Blues After Dark to benefit the Canadian
Liver Foundation through Blues After Dark's
production of live performances, cd and broadcast-quality
video programs.
Established artists of national and international acclaim in the fields
of blues, jazz and traditional multi-cultural folk music are
featured, as well as influential up-and-coming new talent.
Recognized by medical practitioners and policy makers as Canada's
authoritative voice with respect to liver disease, the
Canadian Liver Foundation funds medical research and strives
to improve awareness and understanding of liver disease
through its volunteer chapters across the country.
The mandate of the Canadian Liver Foundation is to
reduce the incidence and impact of all liver diseases.
The Foundation provides support for research and
education into the causes, diagnosis, prevention and
treatment of liver disease.
